We process information about you in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy complies with the Privacy Act 2020 and the Privacy Amendment Act 2025, including the Information Privacy Principle 3A (IPP 3A) which came into force on 1 May 2026.

The New Zealand courts will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to our Site, although we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these conditions in your country of residence or any other relevant country.

To the extent that any provisions of these terms are inconsistent with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986, those Acts will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
